ORDERING




Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?



Orders are processed quickly. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.


Please review all sizing, shipping details, and payment information carefully before checkout.


If your order has not yet shipped, you may email us immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed due to the one-of-one nature of each release.


Availability is never guaranteed once an order is canceled.





I forgot to use my discount code.



Discount codes cannot be applied after checkout.


All pricing adjustments must be completed at the time of purchase.





PRODUCT AVAILABILITY




Will sold-out pieces restock?



No.


OFF-ZZ / HonestGainzz releases are original works of wearable art.


There are:


  • No restocks
  • No duplicates
  • No remakes



If you miss a piece, it is permanently archived.


We recommend subscribing to release notifications and paying attention to drop announcements.


Sleeping on releases is not advised.





SHIPPING




Do I have to pay customs or import duties?



International orders may be subject to customs or import fees determined by your country.


These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict or control them.


Please check with your local customs office before purchasing.

Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?



No.


This is original art, not mass-produced merchandise.


All sales are final.


As with artwork purchased from a gallery or exhibition, once a piece is acquired, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.





SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES




I received the wrong item.



All pieces are documented prior to shipment.


If you believe you received an item that does not match your order confirmation, email honestgainzz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue



We will review the claim.

We do not accept returns.


Items sent back without written approval will not be processed or returned.


Do not ship anything to us unless explicitly instructed.





DEFECT CLAIMS



Each piece is hand-painted and intentionally distressed. Variations, splatter, cracking, fading, and irregularities are part of the artwork and not considered defects.


If you believe there is structural damage unrelated to the artistic design, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos for review.


Approval is not guaranteed.





PURCHASES FROM THIRD PARTIES



We only support purchases made directly through our official channels.


Items acquired through resellers, secondary markets, or third parties are not eligible for review or support.
