All OFF-ZZ / HonestGainzz sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each piece is limited or one-of-one wearable art. Once purchased, the transaction is complete.

We do not accept items sent back without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or returned.

Digital Goods

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Item (Shipping Error Only)

If you believe you received an item that is materially defective or different from what was ordered, you must email honestgainzz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Due to the limited and one-of-one nature of our products, replacements are not guaranteed. Any resolution will be handled at our sole discretion.

We do not restock, remake, or reproduce sold items.

International Orders

All international sales are final. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
