Shipping Rates
Standard shipping starts at $5.00 and increases based on weight and destination.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to contiguous U.S. orders over $150 (after discounts, before taxes).
Contiguous U.S. excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders or special promotional periods.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, Off-ZZ / HonestGainzz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended packages. If you require signature confirmation, you must request it prior to shipment by emailing honestgainzz@gmail.com.
Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other conditions beyond our control.

Payment is due upon delivery where applicable. Off-ZZ / HonestGainzz does not control and cannot estimate these charges.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an international order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
