This website is operated by Off-zz (“OFF-ZZ,” “HonestGainzz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the site or purchase products.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY

SECTION 2 – NATURE OF PRODUCTS
OFF-ZZ products are collectible, limited, and in many cases one-of-one wearable art pieces.
Each item is intentionally produced in limited quantity. Variations, distressing, paint markings, dye irregularities, or artistic modifications are part of the design and are not defects.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a collectible art piece.
SECTION 3 – ALL SALES FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the limited and one-of-one nature of OFF-ZZ products:
• No refunds
• No returns
• No exchanges
• No replacements
Once a product is purchased, the transaction is complete.
We do not restock sold items. We do not reproduce one-of-one pieces.
Exceptions will only be made where required by applicable law.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory error before shipment, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund at our sole discretion.
SECTION 4 – ORDER ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected reseller activity.
SECTION 5 – PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Because items are limited and may be one-of-one, availability is never guaranteed.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
If you believe you received an item different from what was ordered, you must contact honestgainzz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos
Due to the one-of-one nature of our products, replacements are not guaranteed. Any resolution will be handled at our sole discretion.
We do not accept unsolicited returns. Items sent back without written approval may not be returned to sender.
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, text, images, and branding are the intellectual property of OFF-ZZ / HonestGainzz.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without express written permission.
Unauthorized reproduction or resale of artwork may result in legal action.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or services linked from our site. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
SECTION 10 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the site.
SECTION 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
