PRE-ORDERS

All Products are available to ship immediately unless marked as a pre-order item. Pre-order Products include an estimated shipping date, which indicates when the item is expected to leave the Off-ZZ warehouse. This date is an estimate only; pre-order items may ship earlier or later than specified.

Credit cards are charged at the time of the pre-order, subject to standard fraud checks. Off-ZZ is not liable for delays, production changes, or cancellations of pre-ordered items.

If a pre-ordered item cannot be shipped by the estimated date, we will notify the customer. At that time, the customer may choose to:

• Receive a full refund, or
• Accept an updated estimated shipping date.

Orders containing both available and pre-ordered items may be shipped in separate deliveries, and delivery times for each may differ.
